Roy’s Blog: “Your Kingdom Come”

For almost two thousand years, Christians have prayed in obedience to our Lord, “Your Kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10

One day soon that prayer will be answered when Jesus comes physically to rule and reign on this earth forever. Ever since the fall of Adam the angels have anticipated that glorious day. We should too.

We struggle with depression and our quest for significance because we have focused on our trials and heartaches rather than on our Blessed Hope.

Many suicides have happened because they had lost all hope. They can’t see any way out of the problems in their lives. They have nothing to cling to.

Through Christ, we have a hope that is beyond what the carnal mind can comprehend. We can rejoice even through our trials and struggles.
