Romans 8:31b “If God is for us, who can be against us?”
People can, and many times do, live in bondage and never know it.
Some prisons are not made up of physical bars or chains. They are made up of the emotional burden of hurt and rejection that can affect every aspect of our lives. It causes us to believe lies about ourselves and undermines our relationship with the Lord, even though God says He is for us and nothing can separate us from Him.
If you’ve experienced rejection, you’re not alone. It’s almost impossible to go through life without feeling its sting sometime along the way. Rejection penetrates beneath the surface and shapes what we think and feel about ourselves.
The first step to victory over rejection comes when you choose to believe the Lord and find your acceptance in Him.
