Philippians 3:13 (NLT) “No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.”
If you are a believer in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, the best is yet to come. You should be excited about tomorrow. Your coming days are overflowing with blessings. I Corinthians 2:9 “But as it is written: ‘Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.'”
There may be burdens along the way, but God knows. He has promised us that: “God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
Don’t dread tomorrow. Tomorrow God will bring out good from whatever happens. I know no matter what season your life is in, your best and brightest days are just around the corner. It’s not MY opinion; it’s biblical truth. When you seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, your future is always unfolding at the speed of grace. It is the beginning of your true life.
Stop looking in the rearview mirror of your former life. Instead, focus on the road ahead; it leads to heaven and everlasting life.
