Galatians 5:1 “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”
The book of Esther, in the Bible, records the story of how a lowly slave became a Queen. It tells how she and her uncle, Mordecai, stood up for their Jewish heritage against a conniving, arrogant, anti-semite, ruling class “noble” named Haman. Haman wanted to destroy the entire Jewish people.
Queen Esther had a hard decision to make. She had to go to her husband, King Ahasuerus, without sending a request to get permission. If you approached the King without previous permission, he could order you killed. She approached him, without permission, after her Uncle Mordecai convinced her that “perhaps she had become Queen for such a time as this.” And in doing so saved her people from extinction.
The story of Esther lays out some parallels and lessons we can benefit from today. Sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone and do what has to be done.
There is treachery in America’s “deep state”. And whether they admit it or not their real hatred is not directed at President Trump or America. It is directed at you and me, the American people who hold on to our Bibles and worship Jesus Christ. We the people, who hold onto the values on which this country was formed. Their hate is toward: anything to do with God.
YOU were born for such a time as this: to stand up for Jesus Christ and our God given America!
