Hebrews 12:14 “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.”
Heaven: Jesus says, in the parable of the marriage feast, that we will definitely need to be dressed in the proper attire. You’ve been invited for that great event, but are you dressed for the grand day?
In the book of Revelation, the scripture graphically describes what will be the proper and acceptable clothes the church will be wearing in heaven. “It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.” Revelation 19:8
Jesus Christ imparts His righteousness to all who trust in Him. This consecration, through His blood that was shed for us, prepares His children for the Great Day that is coming.
The question is are you living a consecrated and holy life dedicated to God? Are you dressed for heaven?
