There have been several changes lately that have really moved the clock forward prophetically. For one, for the first time, Russia is formulating a decision in the Security Council against Israel. This is following an attack attributed to it at the airport in Damasccus, Syria, last week.
The Russian resolution submitted to the United Nations Security Council states, “The attack was carried out in violation of international law, undermining stability and also violates the sovereignty of Syria and other countries. The attacker must be held accountable because it has fatally damaged the ability to assist Syria humanitarianly.”
Also, now Russia and Syria have started flying joint air patrols near the Golan Heights along Syria’s border with Israel. This is a major escalation of the conflict between Israel and Syria calling the Golan Heights “Occupied Syrian Territory”.
Russia now declares the situation in Syria and the Golan Heights: “absolutely unacceptable“. And because Iran is using Damascus and other parts of Syria as a staging area for their military build-up, Israel won’t stop attacking those sites. All of this conflict moves us quickly towards Gog/Magog.
