All signs point to an imminent Israeli attack on Iran. Israel has been preaching for some time about a military threat against Iranian nuclear development. What is pushing Israel’s buttons now?
*The International Atomic Energy Agency learned last week that Iran could have enough fissile material(key components of nuclear weapons) for a nuclear bomb in about two weeks.
*Iran’s new-found closeness to Russia, with the delivery of 24 Su35 fighter jets planned for March 21st.
*Meanwhile, America’s two top military officials–the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley, last week, and the Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin this week–had unscheduled visits in Israel.
*A few weeks ago King Abdullah of Jordan met with President Biden and America’s Secretary of Defense Austin, asking for help in dealing with Iranian militias in Syria and Iraq.
Now we learn there is a (reported) unusual movement of Israeli fighter jets alongside Israeli transport planes and American refueling planes on their way to an American base in Spain. The base is in the opposite direction from Iran, but, it is almost exactly the distance Israel would need to go if they were headed for Iran. (A practice run?)
Are we living on the brink of war in the Middle East? Are we living on the brink of the Rapture of the Church? I believe we are.
