Luke 12:37a (NASB) “Blessed are those slaves whom the Master will find on the alert when He comes…”
We can all see the events of this world heading in a terrible direction, and they have been for some time. But don’t forget that they are also headed in a prophetic direction. As believers, we have a front-row seat to watch the fulfillment of what the scriptures have lined out for thousands of years.
Paul communicated in I Timothy 4:1-3 “The Spirit explicitly says that in the later times, some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars, seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God created…”
Paul’s words, inspired by the Holy Spirit, ring out today. We have that front-row seat, watching as people tell us not to eat meat, and try to force us to eat their plant-based alternatives. Young people are led to believe marriage isn’t necessary. They are told to do whatever “feels” right to them.
But we often forget the masses are under demonic influence today and everything we see was prophesied for the last days before the coming of the Lord. No matter how crazy it gets and how hard your struggles, remember…you, believer, are waiting to meet the Lord…any moment now. Stay ready!
